Absolutely!  Even if you purchase a home in “as-is” condition, you should never waive your right to a home inspection.  There are many terrific home inspectors in our area – I can recommend someone or you can call someone you know and trust just make sure that they are ASHI certified.  Follows are a handful of home inspectors that my clients frequently use:
