Countryside Manor is a community of 150 homes – there are seven different models of condos and townhomes that were built in the early 1980’s.

Located directly off of Mt. Airy Road, it is a mile to the Somerset Hills YMCA and short ride to the Basking Ridge or Bernardsville train station. The development features both tennis courts and an outdoor pool. Note: this community does not allow dogs.
Resident Review:
After living here for over two years, I enjoy the quietness, and the beautiful landscaping with colorful flowers and plants which adorn the complex in the Spring and Summer. The pool is very nice and relaxing and if you like to walk for exercise there’s plenty of space along the complex for that! My neighbors are very friendly, and everything I could possibly need as far as grocery stores, restaurants, a movie theater, church, libraries, and clothing boutiques are all within a five minute drive. Countryside Manor is truly a wonderful place to live!
Resident Review:
I chose to live at Countryside Manor because of its location. The townhome units are located off the main road. Before you get to the complex, you take a nice relaxing ride up a beautiful winding drive which is lined with trees, and on occasion, you will encounter deer, foxes, squirrels, and at times even wild turkeys! It makes you feel like you are living in the country.
