Basking Ridge Market Update

It’s not ALL bad news! My slogan of late has been “this is a delay, not a disaster”! Most of the major financial institutions have been predicting a V-shape recovery. Since the economic downturn happened suddenly and is attributed to a health crisis the current thinking is that the economy will rebound once the health crisis passes. The issue is that we cannot predict when that will be.

We have been adhering to the governor’s executive order to stay at home. Real Estate has been deemed essential in certain circumstances and there are people who listing their houses, there are people who are looking at homes and there are people who are actively buying and selling.
