The Max Challenge – sometimes it feels like my second home. Which is a good thing because it keeps me healthy. You might have seen a quick video I did in September – I committed to waking up an hour earlier than I had been so that I could get to the Max for the 6 am class. Goal accomplished! I literally roll out of bed (after snoozing the alarm twice), put on my work out clothes and leave the house. If I didn’t do this immediately upon waking it probably wouldn’t happen. So, yeah, my second home.
The other great thing about having a second home is getting to be around some really great people. I mean really great people, people with really big hearts. People who are motivating and supportive.
Here’s a quick video that gives you an example of what these people do for each other and for others. Some even for people they’ll never meet!
These three members of The Max Challenge in Basking Ridge are working out at all NINE class times today to benefit the family of Detective Seal who lost his life in the line of duty last week in Jersey City.
Members are pledging up to $10 per class!
