We are in a strong market that is yielding steady sales and stable prices but it is critical to price the house the properly.
We are all emotionally attached to our homes. We’ve celebrated milestones, welcomed babies, grew up there, carefully designed and decorated our favorite spaces…It’s very hard to separate ourselves from these memories – but you have to. Buying and selling a home are right up there with death, dying, and public speaking on the stress scale! It is also, for most people, the biggest financial transaction you may ever participate in. This is why it is critical to choose a real estate agent you can trust and get along with on an almost personal level.
